All items for sale on watcharoo.co.uk are described as accurately as possible and to the best of our ability. All new watches are described as per the specification of the manufacturer. The term "New Watch" refers to brand new stock. We do not sell second hand, refurbished or returned stock as new items. We encourage potential customers to contact us before purchasing an item if there are any further questions or queries regarding the specification or description of an item. New old stock items are individually described and should any particular item need any adjustment or service then this information will be included in the description.

All prices include appropriate shipping and bank/currency conversion fees in the case of payments other than in GBP.

All prices described within the watcharoo.co.uk web site are in United Kingdom Pounds Sterling or GBP and US Dollars. If you wish to pay for an item in your local currency please contact us for a mutually agreeable payment method and exchange rate.

Items and their availability are subject to change at any time. Orders will be processed on a "first come, first served" basis. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of your initial order and items are normally shipped within 24 hours of payment clearing. If there is likely to be any delay, we will contact you by e-mail.

UK customers can purchase using credit/debit cards securely online using the shopping basket via Nochex: non members may make a purchase up to £GBP100.00 and members up to £GBP300.00.

Sorry but we CANNOT accept PayPal, US Postal Money orders or US Personal Cheques at this time.

watcharoo.co.uk accepts the following methods of payment:

UK Customers

  • Credit and Debit Cards are processed via Nochex - in this case, non Nochex members may purchase using their Card up to the value of £100.00; members of Nochex may purchase using their Card up to the value of £300.00. You may use the shopping basket if you are located in the UK; you will be forwarded to a Nochex secure payment page where your details will be taken and payment processed. At no time are your Card details available to us.
  • Personal Cheque in £GBP made payable to S Wilson drawn on a UK bank account only.
  • UK Postal Orders
  • Wire Transfer (electronic transfer of funds). Transfer details provided on request.
  • Cash (Via Registered Mail)

Overseas Customers

  • Moneybookers members worldwide may use their credit card for purchases.
  • Official/Certified/Cashiers Cheques made payable to S Wilson
  • Wire Transfer (electronic transfer of funds). Transfer details provided on request with all charges paid by the sender
  • Cash - either $US (after agreement) or £GBP. If paying by cash please ensure that funds are sent securely by an insured postage service. We cannot be held responsible for payments lost in the post due to inadequate insurance.

New Watches:

Any applicable warranties will be indicated within the watch description.

Other/New Old Stock Watches:

New Old Stock and Other watches do not come with warranty unless specified.

All items are shipped from the location specified in the item description

WE ship by either:

  • Registered Air Mail - free worldwide including insurance; transit time is normally 10-14 business days to the USA but this can vary upwards. It is possible for items to take up to 28 days + to arrive in the USA so please be patient, this transit time can also apply to Europe. Can't be tracked online.

OR

  • EMS Speedpost - normally an extra US$25.00 to the USA, or GBP20.00 to the UK ( US$25.00 to rest of Europe) including insurance; transit time to the USA is normally 3-5 working days excluding any Customs delays. Can be tracked online from the website of the country of destination's postal service if available.

If an item is located in the UK the this will be specified in the description and shipping will be via Royal Mail Signed For/Special Delivery.

Please note that we do not ship to Indonesia, Malaysia, Russian States or Nigeria unless of course goods are paid for in cash by Registered Airmail.

Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying any customs charges/taxes levied by their country's authorities. As to whether any charges will apply often depends on the value of the item and how it was sent. We DO NOT falsify any customs declarations as it is illegal and can negate any postal insurance on the item.

You may return an item if on receipt it is found to be not that which you ordered or if it is not functioning.

Please let us know within 3 days and return the item via an insured method of postage. The item must not have been altered, adjusted, tampered with or any protective stickers/labels removed.

We will refund the full amount including shipping provided the item is returned in the condition stated above. If the item is returned in a condition not as it was when sent by us, then a restocking fee of 20% of the price paid will be deducted from any refund.

Any information we collect from you in order to fulfil an order is retained by us and is never imparted or sold to third parties. This includes name, address and e-mail address(es).

We do not use Cookies to track your usage of this web site.
